I live with, in a relationship with someone that has bpd/ppd. I like the breakdown of the different types, gave me a better perspective. one of the things I’ve observed is how much internalizing they do. they turn everything inward but I’ve seen a lot of improvement when she gets out and helps others. I takes her out of herself, helps her not only see but also live in the world outside of herself. I think that aspect is very important to help sufferers balance themselves.

I don’t know what one I would be labeled under I was recently labeled BPD but out of them all I can’t figure out which type I am exactly. I go through loneliness on and off about every 2 weeks to 3. I always feel like there’s is more. Would writing all the feelings I go through in a day best help me understand which BPD type I am?
