  1. Someone once told me “A panic attack is like an allergy — sometimes you can’t help sneezing” — I was grateful for that lighthearted but kind remark– IMHO — it is true, for me. My acupuncturist also helped ease my irrational fear of _____ (I’m not telling!!)with a well placed needle during my sessions (I’m seeing him because of muscle trauma, but the acupuncture is also very helpful for other problems, physical or emotional) – and yes it also helped a great deal. I also cut back on the coffee, late hours and junk food.
