How many people out there are narcissistic paranoids? I’m guessing about 1/4th of 1%. This article is useless.

Paranoid yes; a mentally ill woman who is tortured by her paranoia and possibly obsessional doubts, yes; but why add narcissist to it? A sick woman tortured by her illness. Sad. The term narcissist does not make sense In this context other than as an insult to an already unfortunate person.
