I was once abused by another female. Since then I’ve done cutting but not in the last 2 years, however in the last two days I’ve taken up biting my arm, not to break skin but to bruise. I see a psychiatrist every 4 weeks and take medication. What gets me is no one was there. And I’m not crazy.

Hi there, I used to cut my arms about 2 years ago. I see a great psychiatrist every 4 weeks and keep to my medications. In the last 2 days I have been biting my arms not to break skin, only to bruise. I don’t know why. I feel scared and alone. But able to cope. I’ve never bitten before. Please help
